DAVE BOCHMAN
Dave Bochman serves globally as an Organization Development specialist with Paraclete Mission Group and as the Academic Dean and Advisor for the Development Associates International MA in Organizational Leadership program.
Dave earned a B.A. in Missiology and Bible from Crown College [SPBC], an M.A. in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, and a Ph.D. in Adult/Organizational Learning and Leadership from the University of Idaho.
With his wife Debbie, Dave served 27 years with Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF). Their international service included eleven years in Ecuador, six years in Russia, and three in Hungary in a variety of management and leadership roles. Dave concluded his MAF service as COO and as interim Co-CEO of MAF-International. During their years in Russia and Hungary, the Bochmans were actively involved in two ICC churches – Moscow Bible Church and Danube International Church
In his role with Paraclete Mission Group from 2009 to the present, Dave has served in a variety of leadership, board, training, and organization development roles (strategic planning, team building, cross-cultural interpersonal relationships, emotional and relational health, personal development, and holistic ministry development) accomplishing projects in East and South Asia, as well as several parts of Africa, Europe, Central, South, and North America. In 2022 the Bochmans celebrated 40 years of missionary service.
The Bochmans’ home is in Kalispell, Montana, USA. They enjoy hiking, biking, cross-country skiing, gardening, reading, and spending time with their three grown children and nine grandchildren.
