MIKE TILLEY

Mike Tilley did graduate work at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and completed his MDiv at Reformed Theological Seminary. He served with Cru for 29 years, and was a global rep, working with nationals in Africa, Europe, and Canada.

In 2006, Mike and his wife Molly worked with a core group to plant Lake Baldwin Church (PCA) in Orlando, Florida. Mike served as senior pastor for 17 years, and passed the baton to the new pastor in 2022. He continues to be active as an elder in the church.

Mike has a heart for Europe, for the local church, and the Gospel. So it made sense for him and Molly to work closely with ICC as partners and volunteers. In 2014 Mike worked with ICC leadership to form the Euro Team, a team that was made up primarily of seasoned pastors serving in Europe. Mike also serves as Chairman of the Board for ICC Eurasia. ICC Eurasia provides the legal and financial systems in the US to support the work on the ground in Europe.

With his increased availability, Mike serves as pastor at large, involved in pastoral care, church planting, and preaching.

Mike and Molly have four adult children. They love their grandchildren, spending time with friends and travel.
